Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our Refund and Returns Policy covers products that we directly sell and ship. It lasts 14 days from your purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note: Products purchased through affiliate links on our website are subject to the refund and exchange policy of the respective affiliate partner. We encourage you to review their policies before making a purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this is the case, contact us at [email protected] with photos of the items and we’ll guide you through the process.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about your refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, then contact your bank and credit card company as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

We replace only defective or damaged items. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges due to buyer’s remorse. Check our sizing charts in product descriptions to ensure the right fit.

If an item is mislabeled, contact us within a week of receipt with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll then send a new one or issue a refund.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return a product, send it to the address we provide. You’re responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Return times and shipping insurance or tracking are at your discretion. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
